Rockingham Forge Roller Sharpener
The Rockingham Forge Roller Sharpener is a precision knife sharpening system designed to make regular knife maintenance straightforward. Its two-piece design combines a magnetic knife base with a rolling sharpening mechanism, helping maintain a consistent sharpening angle along the length of the blade.
The magnetic base offers four sharpening angles to suit different types of kitchen knives. Simply position the knife on the magnetic base and roll the sharpener along the blade using a light back-and-forth motion.
The aluminium alloy construction provides a sturdy and durable sharpening system, while the precision-machined roller operates quietly and smoothly. The sharpening discs can be changed easily and require no water, making the system convenient for regular use in professional kitchens.

Design Notes:
The Rockingham Forge Roller Sharpener provides four sharpening angles, allowing the system to be used with a wide range of kitchen knives. The magnetic base helps maintain the selected angle consistently as the roller moves along the blade.
The four supplied discs provide different levels of sharpening and finishing. The coarse diamond discs are suitable for restoring very dull or damaged edges, while the 1000 grit whetstone is suited to routine maintenance. The 3000 grit ceramic disc provides a fine finishing and honing stage.
