Delivery is available within the UK, NI and Channel Isles only.
Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12pm or on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Orders will normally take 1 working day to arrive.
• Standard Deliveries are dispatched by Interlink Express Carriers.
• Free postage is applicable only to single standard UK orders with a goods value of £100 or more.
• Orders under £100 in value will be charged at £5.00 for standard UK delivery.
• We endeavour to dispatch standard in-stock orders as quickly as possible, and guarantee they will be dispatched within 3 working days.
• Orders should usually arrive next working day working after leaving our distribution centre.

Please allow up to 4 days for delivery before you inform us of a missing or lost parcel. Interlink Express Carriers do not consider a parcel lost until 4 days have passed and parcels will not be re-sent until this time.
We are proud of the quality of our products and as such, if you find that your products arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition, please return the unopened products to the returns address below.

We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return products. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot be responsible for products which don’t make it back to us.

Lost parcels must be reported within 4 working days of the dispatch date. We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the products are returned (within 7 days of the dispatch date) to the returns address.
