Need to Match Your Existing Crockery?

Finding a replacement for crockery you already use can be difficult, particularly when you need to match an existing range, shape or design.

At JC Catering & Bar Supplies, we help restaurants, pubs, hotels, cafés and other hospitality businesses find suitable replacements for their existing crockery.

Simply send us a photograph of the item you are looking to match, and our sales team will investigate the available options from our commercial catering ranges.

How It Works

  1. Take a photograph – Upload clear pictures of your crockery, including the top, side and underside where possible.
  2. Tell us what you need – Let us know the type of item, the quantity required and any details you have about the manufacturer, range or dimensions.
  3. We’ll investigate – Our sales team will review your enquiry and contact you with any suitable matches or alternatives we can identify.

Help Us Find the Closest Match

For the best chance of identifying your crockery, please include:

  • A clear photograph of the item from above.
  • A photograph of the underside, including any manufacturer’s name, logo or product markings.
  • The approximate diameter, height or other dimensions, if known.
  • A photograph of the item alongside a ruler or tape measure to show its size
  • The quantity you require.
  • Any information about where or when the crockery was originally purchased.

The more information you can provide, the easier it is for us to investigate suitable replacements.

Please note: An exact match cannot always be guaranteed, particularly for discontinued ranges. Where an exact match is unavailable, we will look for a suitable alternative wherever possible.

Orders for in stock items received before 12pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12pm or on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Orders will normally take 1/3 working days to arrive.
