The Non-Stick Cast Aluminium Roaster 35 x 22cm is a durable and versatile roaster designed for professional commercial kitchens. Measuring 35 x 22 x 8cm (L x W x H) with a 4.2 litre capacity, it provides excellent heat distribution for roasting, baking and oven cooking.
Made from die cast aluminium, the roaster is lightweight yet strong and durable, providing excellent heat distribution and retention. The Greblon C3+ non-stick coating offers easy food release, durability and abrasion resistance, while integrated handles make the roaster easy to manoeuvre.
Suitable for oven and stove cooking, including induction, the roaster is also dishwasher safe. A matching tempered glass lid is available separately.
