The Non-Stick Cast Aluminium Casserole Dish 28cm is a durable and versatile casserole dish designed for professional commercial kitchens. Measuring 28 x 13cm (Diameter x H) with a generous 7 litre capacity, it is suitable for preparing casseroles, stews, sauces and other oven-to-table dishes.
Made from die cast aluminium, it is lightweight yet strong and provides excellent heat distribution and retention. The Greblon C3+ non-stick coating provides easy food release, durability and abrasion resistance. Integrated handles make the dish easy to manoeuvre.
Suitable for oven and stove cooking, including induction, the casserole dish is also dishwasher safe. A matching tempered glass lid is available separately.
