Mint Julep Recipe:
50ml Bourbon
10ml sugar syrup
8 mint leaves
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Gently muddle the mint leaves with the sugar syrup in the cup. Half fill with crushed ice, add the bourbon and bitters, then stir thoroughly. Add more crushed ice, stir again, top with additional ice, and garnish with fresh mint.
