The Allergen Saf-T-Zone™ System provides a dedicated set of food preparation tools designed to help reduce the risk of allergen cross-contact in professional kitchens. Featuring highly visible purple colour coding, the system clearly identifies equipment reserved for allergen-safe food preparation and supports food allergy management procedures.
The complete kit includes a 12″ x 18″ Saf-T-Grip® cutting board, 10″ chef’s knife, 12″ tongs, 13″ turner, and an allergy thermometer with storage sleeve, clip and CR2032 battery. All components are stored in a durable purple case to help protect equipment from contamination when not in use while making the kit easy to locate in busy kitchens.
Designed to support dedicated allergen preparation procedures, the system helps foodservice operators create separate preparation areas and minimise the risk of cross-contact during food preparation and service.
