Delivery is available within the mainland UK.
Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12pm or on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Orders will normally take 1/3 working days to arrive.
• Standard Deliveries are dispatched by APC Carriers.
• Free postage is applicable only to single standard UK orders with a goods value of £99 or more.
• We endeavour to dispatch standard in-stock orders as quickly as possible, and guarantee they will be dispatched within 3 working days.
• Orders should usually arrive next working day working after leaving our distribution centre.

Working day refers to any day Monday to Friday and excludes weekends and bank holidays
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas may take longer.
Please allow up to 4 days for delivery before you inform us of a missing or lost parcel. APC Carriers do not consider a parcel lost until 4 days have passed and parcels will not be re-sent until this time.
Returning Products
If you wish to return an item please contact us within 4 days of receiving the delivery.
If we are to accept the return, further details will be provided.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORISATION.
“All Returns” will be subject to a re-stocking charge and in some cases items will NOT be permitted to be returned.
All authorised returns and costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a recorded delivery method for returns, we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Lost parcels must be reported within 4 working days of the dispatch date. We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
If you find your products to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the products are returned (within 7 days of the dispatch date) to the returns address.
