Care Guide

We recommend for all of our products that are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs to remove any labels or packaging and to wash, rinse and dry before first use.
Product Care:
Before first use, ensure that you thoroughly wash the items using warm soapy water and a sponge scourer.
We recommend that immediately, or as soon as possible after use, the product should be hand washed to remove excess foodstuffs as they contain salts, acids and fats which may cause corrosion.
Once cleaned, the product should be dried immediately to avoid prolonged contact with water or moisture which can cause corrosion or rusting.
Do not use the product over direct heat/flame. Do not scrub the vintage steel surface or brass handles with an abrasive sponge.
Do not use industrial detergent on the vintage steel surface or brass handles. Do not leave the product wet as permanent water marks may stain the surface.
Not for use in a microwave or dishwasher. Please be aware the brass handles will naturally tarnish over a period of time.
Delivery
Delivery is available within mainland UK.
Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12pm or on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Orders will normally take 1 working day to arrive.
• Standard Deliveries are dispatched by APC Carriers.
• Free postage is applicable only to single standard UK orders with a goods value of £99 or more.
• Orders under £99 in value will be charged at £7.95 for standard UK delivery.
• We endeavour to dispatch standard in-stock orders as quickly as possible, and guarantee they will be dispatched within 3 working days.
• Orders should usually arrive next working day working after leaving our distribution centre.
