Non-Stick Madeleine 15 Moulds – Silicone Baking Mould
The Non-Stick Madeleine 15 Moulds tray is produced from flexible, food-grade silicone. The tray measures 30cm × 17.5cm and is suitable for commercial bakeries and home kitchens.
This mould includes 15 individual cavities designed for mini madeleine cakes. Each cavity measures 4.4cm × 3.4cm with a height of 1cm. Ideal for small sponge cakes, bite-sized desserts and confectionery items.
The silicone construction supports temperatures from -60°C to +230°C. Suitable for ovens, freezers and blast chillers. The tray is dishwasher safe for simple cleaning.
