Inform your staff: Help prevent food waste by ensuring your staff understands the proper procedures when working with chilled and frozen foods. Check the condition of all deliveries and record temperature. Refrigerate immediately after each delivery.
Ensure use by dates and best before dates are adhered to. Follow stock rotation procedures. Failure to comply with food quality and safety procedures will result in disciplinary action being taken.

Delivery
Delivery is available within mainland UK.
Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12pm or on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Orders will normally take 1 working day to arrive.
• Standard Deliveries are dispatched by APC Carriers.
• Free postage is applicable only to single standard UK orders with a goods value of £99 or more.
• Orders under £99 in value will be charged at £7.95 for standard UK delivery.
• We endeavour to dispatch standard in-stock orders as quickly as possible, and guarantee they will be dispatched within 3 working days.
• Orders should usually arrive next working day working after leaving our distribution centre.
