How to use WECK Jars

WECK Jars should only be sterilised for the standard recommended time of ten minutes using your preferred method.

The jars can be used for pressure canning and water bathing and the clips can be formed into a triangle shape to secure the lid during the process.

After sterilisation, place the prepared food in the jar and place a rubber seal around the outer rim of the jar before putting on the lid.

Make sure the rubber ring is centered and use the clamps to secure the lid firmly for the pressure vessel or water bath process.

After this process, remove the jar and allow it to cool before removing the clamps, drying them and storing them away for next time.
